📔 Project Overview
The client is Toyota Motor North America, The company operates 67 manufacturing companies worldwide.  It markets vehicles in more than 170+ countries and regions worldwide, thanks to the support of a 370,000 strong workforce.
I worked on keeping creative solutions for 3 web apps implementing new technologies and design thinking. I collaborated as part of the Innovation, Research & Development team, responsible for art direction and UX/UI Design. Involved in AI projects for the company like chatbots and voice recognition Amazon Alexa smart speakers to display live data through a user-centric interface with dynamic data during business meetings. Improved by +60% the user satisfaction and engagement with the new UX/UI and functionalities. As lead designer, my responsibilities included conducting user research methodologies, improving interaction and visual design. I designed +100 low-fi wireframes to hi-fi design mock-ups, 10 clickable prototypes for testing, design validation and usability across web and mobile, created 6 personas and flows for user stories and journeys to detect pain points and improve UX.Â

I provided Q&A and brand consistency across pages with design systems and modular components on Angular. I teamed up with 2 managers, 3 analysts and 6 engineers to help define product requirements and roadmap. We improved the load speeds +40% by applying images and code optimization. Worked on fast-paced Agile Environment, attended daily scrums, conducted product presentations, JIRA system & version control on Sourcetree.
